Return and Refund Policy
- Once the order is Processed it can’t be cancelled.
- We don’t entertain refund for physical & Digital products.
- If any issue requested via email to info@globalass.in within 2 Hours of the purchase only if license key doesn’t work. No Licenses will be refunded after this period.
- Product compatibility is entirely a responsibility of the customer to check as we are the license seller, all software’s is provided by Microsoft and copyright of that company.
- The only case in which a valid and working license can be refunded is in case of a duplicated order, not any other.
- Product service please contact Product company customer care.
- Refunds will not be provided for application compatibility issues.
- For defective or wrong product will replace with other product within 7 working days.
- For the Physical product damage returns you have to raise the request within 12 hours after receiving the product.
